Would anyone happen to know if Ludwig still offers the straight bass drum spurs that were issued on their '60s Club Date kits?
Thanks in advance for your time and your help.

You mean the sharp daggers that could pierce the heart of any vampire? Hmm, i wonder too.
I cut open my foot on mine the other day.....i haven't seen new ones for sale anywhere thoygh
Found some modern ones, looks like they'd fit with no drilling:

A lot of the inexpensive older MIJ set's had straight Spurs that fit. I actually have a pair. Heavy chromed steel with rubber tips. You can also buy aluminum rods at Lowes you can cut, and sharpen the ends or put rubber tips on them. I did that with a Beverley set missing it's Spurs.
If you gave the top hat part you can go to your local hardware store and buy stainless steel rods, put rubber feet on them and call it a day.
Aluminum works and so does stainless steel rods.
