The snare appears to be a 1918-1926 ten thumb rod 3" model (earlier brass badge, not white enamel) but available or special ordered in WMP??

Wow! I thought because of the badge the snare drum was from that era, but the wrap on the drum kind of threw me off. Thank you! Do you think the bass drum is from the same era? The only thing about the bass drum is that there is do badge or any sort of way to surely identify it.
