No one mentioned before...are ludwig heads worth to be put?

Is the same coating wear off problem as other brands?

My remo ambassador coating on snare started to flake off after 6 hours of play!

I love the Ludwig heads. I use coated mediums and heavys. Excellent heads.

Well, I'm having tomorrow a coated emperor to put on my recording custom floortom, I will see how it will work out!

If it works out good, I'll probably try some on my Ludwigs as well and get rid of the Evans G1's

From O-Lugs

I have always preferred Remo drumheads more than others.

+1

Because of course, like an Old Remo we're "Well Settled" O-Lugs...
