Don't break up the kit! As a set, depending on condition of course, you're looking at a 1000. to 1200.+ kit. Add on the desirabe; cymbal package, hardware package and cases and you're looking at $1600. to $1800. + in value.

Do some research on your own. Ebay is a good place to start.

You have a great, classic drum set there, (clear 3-ply maple shells) in a very desirable finish, (Sky Blue Pearl) you need to take the time to educate yourself as to their current market 'real value'. Hope this info helps...

Best of luck with your sale.

Welcome to VDF!

John

Pictures are worth 1,000 words. If you post some decent pics, the good souls on this site can better help you determine the value.

I'm personally a fan of keeping kits together. I hate seeing all the orphan drums out there.

I also like that finish, so depending on what you decide, I might be interested.

I agree with these fellas...don't break up that family of drums! Cymbals and hardware sold separately is one thing...keep the drums together!

^^^^exactly.

Selling the hardware and cymbals separtely is cool, as most people in this market have no need for those items and if they do, don't typically mind buying separately.

Finding a buyer for the entire lot (unless priced insanely low) would be hard. That being said, if you choose to do so (priced insanely low), please give me first right of refusal!
