Some time ago, I posted some photos of a clever snap-lock stand bottom I have, but no one was able to identify it. Since I have several vintage WFL basket snare stands which have wobbly bottom legs, I thought I’d try using the snap-lock bottom with one of them. The tubes fit perfectly, and the combination turns out to be the cleanest, best looking basket snare stand I’ve ever seen. Take a look at the photo and tell me what you think. Vintage WFL basket snare stands seem to be plentiful, but most are in pretty poor shape, especially the flat base bottom. But my Hybrid Stand is super solid and clean looking. What do you guys think? Maybe I’ve got something .
