A standard drum key is too big for vintage duplex tension rods. Anybody have a smaller key to fit? Thx jim

Jim,

Can you measure the head of the t-rod? I may have one for you...I have a couple of old clock keys here with the square adjustment that are approximately 3/16"...A normal key is approximately 1/4".

Cheers

I never thought about clock keys. The tension rods are 3/16. I did a quick search on sizing. Looks like size 11 clock key (5mm), which is very close to 3/16 inch.

Please let me know if you have this size.

Thanks

jim
