I know this is a long shot but I thought I'd throw it out there.
I'm looking for a 1959 Ludwig ~transition badge era~ blue sparkle floor tom in either 14"x14", 16"x16", or 16"x18" size. 3 ply mahogany shell with reinforcing rings(of course).
I'll consider the same era(or close) 16"x18" Ludwig floor tom in other colors as a possible re-wrap project. Keystone badge era is better vs. newer blue/olive badge era drum.
Write me with what you have and how much. Pictures would be nice too.

I have a Ludwig transition badge floor tom measuring 20" (deep) x 16" (diameter). The previous owner removed the wrap and added wood filler where the outer ply was damaged, but it is solid and otherwise complete. If you're up for a wrap project, this could be a nice (and unusual) drum.
I bought it with plans to modify it, but have decided against that. I've also considered re-wrapping it and using it as a cocktail drum since it is so deep, but I'm hesitant to wrap it and limit potential buyers to a specific color. I'm hoping to get about $300 for it, but I'm open to offers.
