Have four of these kicking about. I assume they are the internal lug washers judging from the size and look. Good overall condition, very minor rust. But easily cleanable. Asking $10 for the four + S/H. The engraving is still very clear on all of them.

That was my thought, or they go on the interior for the lug screws. Got them loose like this so not 100%.
