I picked this up some time ago as you see it. I think it might be a cymbal holder but I'm not 100% sure. The wing nut and bolt are not original, the rest is. Has the usual rust and pitting. Is missing the linkage to hold/mount the cymbal.

This will fit in a USPS Small Priority Flat rate box...the one that's $5.80.
