WFL mufflers?? Last viewed: 2 hours ago

I just picked up a WFL blue sparkle "JazzFest" or ? 8 lug snare at the local Thrift store. There are no extra holes, has the old WFL badge. But the muffler, is the dual pad Slingerland type? Can anyone confirm that this type of muffler was used on WFL? As I have never encountered it on a WFL.

Would you be upset if I paid $40 for it?

Dont fret, it had the wrong strainer and butt.

what years were these mufflers used? before they stopped using them for awhile and then went to the round felt mufflers i assume.

HUmmm. Well that's not what my dual mufflers look like. Never seen your before either. Mine is more like the old Slingerland with the gears etc.... Bdge on mine is the 55-59.

Maybe I can pic it and post.
