Early 60's Club Date bass drum but the toms are 'Standard' toms from another kit. $300 ain't bad, $200 is better. It's in rough shape. I don't like the wavy surface of the bass drum shell in the area below the rail mount. Water damage? I'd peek inside the bass to make sure.

Nice little kit though. Bet it still sounds good.

Listen to John and make sure the shell is not water damaged. This looks like a restoration challenge, my cup of tea.

I see alot of things that look wrong on the set for the 300.00 asking price. The bass drum is a Ludwig club date but has been repainted over maybe a nice wrap? it's missing the badge, the T-rods on one side are wrong,i see alot of rust on the T-rods tom mount maybe the shell in the inside is the same condition? maybe the drum been in the water at one time.On the tom's the mounted tom looks to be a 12" tom with 8 lugs per a side it could be a Ludwig or not ask for photos of the badge's on the toms/Floor tom could also be a Ludwig or maybe not..I would offer 150.00-200.00 for the set if its a Ludwig set....Mikey

I took a closer look... the rack tom is Ludwig with classic lugs. That circular plate on the front of the rack tom is a 70's clip mount, only the clip part is missing. That's only the base of the mount on there. Looks like they added an L-arm tom mount on the other side.

The floor is a Standard lug drum, Ludwig, but who knows from what era. The bass drum looks a mess. Painted over, faucet style T-rods missing on the batter side. It's a mongrel orphan kit for sure. Three drums, three different eras from three different kits. Honest, I wouldn't pay more than $150 for the lot in that condition.

I would stay far far away from it. That is either mildew or a combination of a really bad Krylon paint job with mildew.

The one redeeming item I see is the boom stand, IF that is an early Atlas boom stand they are very rare.

The early Atlas hardware is really nice. It looks like it just may be 1402 style.

That kit is pretty rough. Did club dates originally come with hoop mount spurs? I don't see a mount or even a hole for a retractable spur. There might be some value in the HH cymbals.

You will find much better drums than these, I would move on and keep looking.
