[FONT="Arial Black"]22" Kick Drum[/FONT]

Oldest piece of the kit, serial #81383. My guess is that it is from a 1964 Gene Krupa Deluxe kit based on the catalog scans. Really not sure what to make of the top part of the consolette, nor the extra mount that was attached underneath the cymbal arm. I have the cymbal arm as well, but no photo yet. The spurs, lugs, claws all appear to be original.

The wrap.... well, at least I'm nearly 100% certain it is original. Not really sure what to do with the dark spotting/pitting. Would love to give it a good cleaning, but also reluctant to fully strip the shells before hand. Any suggestions here? To some extent I question deep cleaning it, perhaps the gunk is now a protective layer :)

Other than the bass drum condition you have a sweet little kit, the snare drum is the Artist model top of the line, all looks original except for the added tom mount on the bass drum. your kit from the sizes Isn't really a cataloged kit, But that doesn't really matter to a good degree. Does the bass drum have the milk chocolate interior also?

These toms are brother and sisters (#194286 & #194253). Guessing they are from later 60s based on the shape of the floor tom legs (assuming they are original).

The wrap on both of these drums and the snare are pretty much a perfect match. To some extent I wonder if they were re-wrapped, but if so they appear to have done a really good job. There's a slight nick in the inside of the shell opposite the badge, making me wonder if it was popped out for a refresh.

The dampeners in both of these drums are also in perfect (replaced?) condition. The felt is great, but the metal is in great shape too.

Both of these drums have light tan "paint" around the rerings, one in the floor tom, both in the rack tom. Neither have a specific date stamped on the inside, just the "P".

On the 13" tom, I wonder a bit about the mount. The washers are different from everything else on the kit, but there are no additional holes nor stress on the wood around it.

The rims I believe to be stick savers, but beyond that I do not know. The bottom rim on the floor tom does not match.

your toms are original so are the floor tom legs, the only thing that is not is the bottom ludwig rim, Take a magnet and test all the rims to see if they are brass or steel test the Ludwig rim also.

Serial #152752, 8 lug, great condition (possibly a re-wrap). Going to have the throw looked at by a pro. Pretty pretty pretty. Light coating of chocolate milk throughout. No date, just the P. Seems to be all there to me.

The bottom rim of the 14 is different and is steel (magnet stuck), others appear to be COB then I suppose. Thanks.

The bass drum is milk-free. I'll try to get some good inside shots next time I'm home and the sun is out.
