I recently bought a tama rockstar 5 piece kit off of craigslist for $100. they have been wraped in python wrap. I watched these on cl for a few months and deicded to go see them and they looked way cooler than his pics so I bought them. A friend of mine has a band "Reverand Al & The Pythons" I recently hired Al to work at my upholstery shop. I brought the drum back to work and showed them to him. He litterally flipped out! He had to have these for his band. I gave them to him for free with the stipulation, if he ever wants to get rid of them I get them back. About a week ago he brought me this old snare drum he had in his storage and gave it to me. Well its a 1969 shiney silver acrolite in excellent shaped behind the dust and dirt. it shined up really well. Last night he brought me a vintage slingy kick pedal also in excellent shape. Next he gave me a brand new in the package 1" knob ludwig muffler. he also gave me a shot to hell tom shell with scratched up large classic lugs skyblue pearl. Im very happy to recieve these delictable items.

Hell yeah!! The Acro is worth at least $100, the pedal probably $50, the muffler at least $30, the old shell could be used for a few parts. The lugs would work on the bottom of a bass drum in a pinch and the tom holder bracket is ok, and the shell can be used for shell pieces for clamping etc.....

Plus I get something to work on!!!

It's not the money ... it's the brotherly hands you both reached out with. That's what drummers do. Great stuff, here.
