I think this is an old marching snare, but it has no badge or markings, except 62 on one of the rims. It's chrome finish, inside also, over possibly brass. It's 14 x 4 inches, a fixed snare mechanism, and the bolts go through holes in the top rim and tighten into threaded holes on the bottom rim. It has quite a few dents and the chrome is flaking in places on the inside. I presume it's a marching snare because of the attachments on the rims(see pics). Hope someone knows what it is! Thanks.
