hey guys. sorry if you were given lack of info. but this is my set and i was told it was a rogers. iv been on here asking what is was and how much it would be worth. sorry for the inconvienince and no the pice wasnt $3000 coz of the planet z cymbals and i am not a crook and do not lack any ethics. so you are deffinately mistaken there. i did not know what it was or the value of it. iv been searching for valuers over in Australia and could not find any but someone got me onto this forum to try and findim sorry if my lack of knowledge and high price has offended you but i was obviously given the wrong info. thought people on here were more understanding but was obviously wrong. ask before judging

Mistaken IDs happen here all the time, bro.... don't sweat the abrasive remarks. It was not apparent that you were honestly mistaken with what you have there.

Let it roll man, this really is a cool place to hang. Let's have a "do over" and welcome to the forum. Glad you are here!!

1. That 3000 came from somewhere. I didn't come up with it. Either the OP or Mantis86 did.

2. There was nothing here to lead me to believe that this was an ethical seller. Quite the opposite.

3. Don't sell something if you have no clue of worth or value ... and then get bent about it when someone asks questions. That's just plain bad business.

4. The only other post you had made up to that point asking for info on the kit was cross-threaded onto another OP's thread and you were told there that you did not provide anything for us to evaluate. This LINK. http://http://www.vintagedrumforum.com/showthread.php?t=21209

If you want advice, ask.

If you don't agree with what's been offered, show alternate proof.

I stand by my posts. I don't know you from the man in the moon. What little insight I've gained from this little bit of exchange does not impress to the positive.

Definitely not Rogers.

Definitely not worth the asking price.

Nobody owes you anything.

Know your product and stand behind it. If somebody calls your bluff, shut up, move along, and either find another sucker or appologize and go legit.

The man is asking for info in another thread, since he caught a hassle here.

Give him a break, we all had to start somewhere.

Check it.....

That's particularly disturbing to me.

The purpose of this forum as I understand it, is to help.

It seems you have made a judgement without any facts other than what you have conjured up in your own mind.

The man pled his case, and you convicted him without disproving his statements.

Peace, bro......:)
