I picked these up earlier today for $200 figuring I'd take a chance and have my value in the Pearl stands if nothing else.

Anyone want to take a stab at exactly what these are and year?

MIJ drums. I have a set with lugs like those, but I dont remember the name on the drums. And I havent seen them in over six months. The stands and cymbals are probably worth what you paid.

Thank you. That's all I was really hoping for. I can find drums anywhere but piecing all the cymbals and hardware, stands together usually ends up costing me more than the wood.

These have any age on them or any other mentionables? They didn't look too special, I just wanted the metal.

Those are early 70's Pearl stencils with"Battleship"lugs.They originally had hex-rod mounts.The snare is next generation,not original to this set.9-ply luan construction.8-lug bass and f.t. is a plus.
