Those name plates were also available on any of Ludwig's sets. In fact, as a nice gesture the music store where I purchased my new Ludwigs (back in 71 or 72 and not the mach drums, but classics) ordered me one... but spelled my last name wrong. That plate was then displayed for several years on their counter by the cash register...
