Wow!
Thanks for all the details!
I live in Israel.
Will take more photos of the entire kit, it has a mysterious ride cymbal, and another unrecognized parts.
I've been digging through pages and pages of google images using all kinds of keywords to try and find a wrap that looks remotely like this one. Same exercise for the tom mount. No luck so far.....This just might be the rarest kit ever! I'm obsessed now!

Definitely European drums but not German, to my mind. No German maker , back when these were made used that type of hoop but a few companies in Europe did.
Until recently, there was an Italian wrap maker , which made a number of wrap designs that bore similarity to this wrap. ST drums possibly still has some remnants of some similar stuff because they used to sell it. There are two companies that used almost identical lugs to these in the past ,for sure; Asba and Meazzi but if I am recollecting properly, they were not quite exact----the Meazzi ones from around 1960 I think, were the most similar. Meazzi also pioneeered, ball and socket tom mounts and in the early years , they also used slotted tension rod heads.
I think I have also seen some very old Amati, with similar lugs and that would be a possibility too but I can't recall where.
Then there is Giannini/Framus, made in Switzerland. The Giannini, from around 1960, had similar lugs and they are also ball and socket fans. Actually, the more I think about it, Giannini seems more and more likely.
If there was a picture of a snare drum, that might shed more light, or even if there were original heads; sometimes there is a clue there too.
The T-rods on the bass drum are rounded and tapered in the Gretsch style. I can't find any T-rods like that on any Asba or Meazzi/Wooding drums. Giannini's either, but googling Giannini doesn't pull up much in image searches apart from hand drawn images of the Vest Pocket kit from an old catalogue over at Mike Dolbears and a low-res photo of same kit. The venetian glass wrap kinda hints Italian, though.

Hi again,
All cymbal stands are Premier's.
BTW, my friend states the snare came later, not with the original kit (didn't post snare pics so that's fine) .
WHOA!
What a wrap! Just drooled all over the keyboard!
No offense Gald00de, but these pictures need to be on the server. Outside servers come and go, but here we'll be able to discuss stuff and not have to worry about the pix disappearing.
That kit is screaming for restoration! Please do clean and restore it. While you're doing it, take lots of photos and ask for our help. That's what this site is all about.
Okay, here's the pictures!
