Mikey that's pretty impressive. O.C.D.P. was pretty much responsible for the "custom" drum craze that's going on now in my opinion. While not vintage, custom drum kits are great. I'm an endorser of Battlefield Drums and couldn't be happier with those drums for the setting I use them in.. Battlefield is also based out of CA, but they are a pretty small shop..

Bob is good people and he's fun to hang with, as I had the pleasure to both the San Diego and Hollywood Shows. I had him cut down 18" deep bass drum and re-edge it, he'll even show you how it's done. Haven't had him re-wrap anything yet, but we keep talking about putting something on my RK shell.

Also he's a great contact for Amedia Cymbals. Last time I talked to him he had a bunch of them from a show that he was discounting. Check out the cymbals too, they'll surprise you.

You can tell him Backbeatkeeper sent you, but he probably knows me better as Gary, the loco juero..... :D

Its better to have people think you're an idiot, than to open your mouth and prove them wrong, unless you doubt yourself then speak away....
