Worst "Radio-Edit" Songs of All Time Last viewed: 5 hours ago

I hate it when they cut the keyboard solo on "Do It Again", Wish they would cut the guitar solo on "Dream On" instead, it's so bad it makes me squirm!

Leaving out the double time, jazz flute, Ron Burgundy solo in Firefall's "Strange Way" really bugs me. I would also like to have both the synth solo and sax solo for Leo Sayer's "When I Need You". +1 for the "Fooled Around and Fell In Love" edit. Or should that be -1? (Yeah, I am a sucker for a ballad so sue me!)

These weren't edited for length, but I never liked the remastered ZZ Top albums, even though they make Frank Beard's fine drumming easier to hear. Just too slick and glossy.

What really bugs me is when some butcher on the radio plays "Lovin', Touchin', Squeezin'"

and doesn't continue with "City Of The Angels".

My vote is for In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida by Iron Butterfly. While I love the whole 17 minutes, to me, the whole point of this song is the drum solo! If you're going to eliminate the drum solo, then don't even bother offering this iconic tune as a 45! Just my :2Cents:

I like everyone's input.
