Good day,

I'm looking for a part for my Microsensitive strainer. The part lies flush on the inside of the snare shell and holds the strainer to the drum. It is a flat plate that has a threaded nut. This nut receives the threaded rod and helps tighten up the snares.

The microsensitive strainer I have is in decent condition but I need that part to hold it tightly to the shell. It would also help the snare wires tighten up.

I have a Gretsch microsensitive snare strainer that is missing the lever and the small piece on the bottom that holds the snare string. Everything else is there including the part your looking for. I'm willing to sell it shipped for $50. I don't know if my price is a fair price or not. Maybe some of the other guys can chime in about that. I set my price based on what I see on Ebay for complete strainers. They are asking way over $250 which is way too high as far as I'm concerned. Hey Jerry, thanks for responding. I'm waiting to hear back from Blair reqarding a few other items. He shot me a really good price for the piece and I might tack on a few items depending on how much everything comes out to.

I had no idea that those strainers were fetching that kind of money on ebay. That's nuts! One good thing about the people asking that kind of money: They take great pictures and I can use them for reference! I was able to use Lee County's pic of a Microsensitive to see exactly what was missing from my strainer. I thought I'd never be able to get any use out of her / him.

hey RAY, I HAVE 1 FOR SALE,

it needs repair, the internal part that holds the arm is malfunctioning, could be an easy fix, if u want to fix it yourself ill sell it 100 bucks, if u want me to fix it ill do 140, let me know!
