If you need the spurs right away, you can use steel hex rod and cut to length. Usually available at hardware stores. Only a couple of bucks until you get the Rogers spurs.

Oh nice, thanks for the tip! You know what size? Any danger of messing up the mount plate nose?

Believe 3/8", but take a mount if you can. Maybe carry a tom, or the tom arm with you for comparison. Shouldn't hurt the mount if the same size.
