Howdy folks, I'm trying to find any 40's, 50's, or 60's Blue/silver lacquered Slingerland tom, marching snare, or tenor to use with my 12x8 and 24x12 Swingster outfit. I'd prefer nickel and RK lugs but honestly I'd be happy with anything remotely floor tom sized -14x10, 15x13, 16x16, etc- that has a Slingerland badge and approximates the classic Slingerland blue/silver... even a bare shell. Condition is not exceptionally important as long as the paint isn't flaking off! Thanks!
WTB: Slingerland Blue/Silver Duco Floor tom or Marching snare 14/15/16 Last viewed: 7 minutes ago
Hi I have a 1930'50's Slingerland Radio King in original Blue/Silver Duco.
It is a 12x4 tom (14" head) The original duco finish is actually in good condition. you can set it up with Radio King Beavertail or Streamlineed lugs or "modern (1955 to present) Slingerland lugs..they are the SAME SIZE holes. I have all 3 types of lugs for you also. I also have original 14" Slingerland and Radio King chrome over brass and nickle over brass and wood hopps. I also have original vintage Slingerland snare throwoff, strainer, butt, muffler and even original snare wires including vintage Slingerland and Radio King "silk wire/metal" and gut snares.
please email me at: "]
PS I have tons of other vintage shells, drums, cymbals, parts, stands, badges etc
