@Blairn, Zilco, and Zildjians. No dogs, but some bent slightly. 13 and 14 hats, 2 chinas with rivets. 1 16 rivet ride, various crashes and splashes.
There is a slight crack at the edge of the tacked down pigskin redo. may only be the coating. Leave it alone or.....?
Maybe drum thrones should be covered in pigskin?
That looks like a really cool snare with that kit! Here is one I just picked up last weekend at the Chicago Drum Exchange-

I am new to playing Leedy drums, and am really digging this snare!
Wow, Is that Nickel? It is a beauty! Once this one is cleaned up I hope to get the gold sparkle to shine as well. Born on date? This one is 42-03.
They do sound sweet, but I dare not bash! I have to quit playing them and disassemble, soon.
Moisture and heat will only temporarily tighten the heads. Once the humidity changes, watch out. I tried using a tacked-on head drum set and due the humid conditions, all the heads became so loose that they were un-playable. The only real solution would be to either install heating light bulbs inside or very near the bottom heads.
