it does look kinda like that. I didn't think that the standards had the Ludwig emblem up front like yours does though. I know ive seen one like yours somewhere. can't find a pic though.

That's a rare part there. Triple tom holder that, as far as I know, never made it into the main catalog. So not a Hollywood set if it had another tom at one time. Or maybe someone just found the part and snagged it for the set. Very unusual. Probably worth something to the right person.

It's from an early 70's parts catalog. I've never seen it in any of the main catalogs so any sets with triple mounted toms must have been special orders and then only by drummers or dealers "in-the-know" that it was even available.

Mike - I looked inside the bass and I don't see any other holes and no date stamp.

Ryan is supposed to mail me the one muffler that he forgot and the other two are mssing.
