That is a beautiful kit, no if, ands or buts about it. It is highly unfortunate that Rogers had so much trouble with the wraps cracking, but I do believe it was a matter of applying a very strong adhesive that didn't allow it to give at all. Try removing the wrap off one of them sometime!
Slingerland used wrap similar to oynxs and Ludwig used wraps similar to stratas, but without nearly as much trouble as the Rogers sets have had.
Nevertheless, you have a '68 (my favorite year) Buddy Rich Celebrity in a great color. Catalogs depict the Celebrity as a 22,13,16 for quite a few years - early '60's to early 70's. Check out the vintage drum guide link on this site and you'll see that in the Rogers catalogs. And yes, it seems Buddy Rich generally used a 24-inch bass drum and twin 16" floor toms. But Rogers was an expensive set even in 22,13,16 format, never mind a larger bass and an extra floor tom!
