I would get the ten dollars back from Ebay. If the listing was a complete farce, Ebay will usually refund your shipping too. I've been able to secure full refunds when listings are bogus such as the one you won obviously was. Good luck.

contact ebay, go to paypal dispute central and do a dispute. claim for shipping both ways and price of the legs. when you talk to ebay do it as a fraud. take pictures of the legs you recieved. send them to ebay. leave the worst feedback you can think of. take your time and do it right. you have 45 days to do a dispute. start right away.

Now that you are covered (somewhat) you are in the driver's seat as to leave or not leave negative feedback. Sometimes the seller needs to be put in his/her place via a neg.

Funny you should mention that Mike. After it was resolved through EBay the feedback option disappeared before I could leave negative feedback. I got my money but also the issue doesn't reflex in his rating. So the rating doesn't really show the true picture of a seller if they have had a case through the Resolution Center.

S*itheads like that like to change their user names after things go south.Happened on ebay a few times just with the items I look at. the seller changed his name,buyers catch on and they get banned or move onto other sites. Glad you got most of your $$$ back.V
