Are These Slingerland Drums? What Year? Last viewed: 0 seconds ago

Probably get more for that K than you paid for the whole kit!

The Gretsch snare and Slingerland floor tom are cool and have value, but don't really belong

together. The ludwig/paiste cymbal has value as well, but the Rogers knock off stencil bass drum and rack tom have very little value, and are only interesting to see how well they copied 60's rogers hardware.

You don't really have a kit here, but you could part it out, keeping your favorite pieces, and buy a kit that you really want!;)

What a mix! The floor tom is a Slingerland, the snare looks like a Gretsch, the bass and mounted tom are Rogers....so what else? Nice drums, in and of themselves, but I can only image what they sound like together....

Your Gretsch is a early 60's model Renown seperate tension, here's the link to it, http://www.vintagedrumguide.com/images/gretsch_snare_drums/1954_gretsch_snare_drums1.jpg

Thank you. Did they not come with a badge? There is a hole with a large rivet, but it looks to be fully intact with no evidence of a badge ever being on there.

If you are parting them out, I would be interested in the Slingerland floor tom.

Thanks

Post a pic of it will you; but I think yours had fallen off they where bad about doing so.

I am going to post it on Ebay later tonight. Does not having the badge on there decrease the value much?

Actually, the bass and tom are "New Voice", NOT Rogers jonni......a pretty good Rogers knock-off though......

Do you mean "New Voice"?...I've searched the internet and can't find a single thing about these drums. Is there any other way to confirm that these are not in fact custom Roger's drums? I looked at all the hardware and it's exactly like the Rogers 50's Swivomatic stuff. I would like to list these on Ebay for sale, but would like the correct info before I do...

I listed the Gretsch on Ebay and found a similar one without the badge that's listed as the Renown model from the 40's...FWIW...
