K.O. - The guy in the CL ad states that; 'less than 50 green kits were -sold- in the 70's.'

That makes a lot more sense than; only 50 kits were -made- in the 70's. It was probably a simple misstatement/he misspoke on Bill III's part.

Unless I've been seeing the same 50 kits being sold over and over again, I've seen at least that many green vista's for sale over the years.

For some reason I had the idea that he meant only 50 sets were sold during the last year they were produced so they stopped making them. I'm sure they had more than that already made and continued to sell them until they were all sold. We'll never know what really happened.
