From what I've seen, the pointy-blue&olive-badged Black Beautys are commanding good money these days because of their rarity. Some people dislike the super-sensitive version (yours), but still – they still go for more than a grand on a regular basis: http://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-LUDWIG-1970s-14x6-5-SUPER-SENSITIVE-BLACK-BEAUTY-SNARE-DRUM-VERY-RARE-/221320879590?pt=UK_Musical_Instruments_Drums_Percussions_MJ&hash=item3387c09de6

I haven't seen enough engraved models to know for sure what it'd go for, but the engravings definitely add rarity and desirability to an already rare and desirable drum. When you say you put white-out on it, are you just talking about putting it on the head? Cuz I'm not sure that would affect the price at ALL. I'd expect $1,500 – 2,500 depending on the day.
