They are cool! Hope you get them instead of someone else who read your thread and decided to grab them. Be careful of what you post, I have had some deals go bad because either the seller saw the thread or one of the VDF members saw it and got there before I did. I dont post pics of drums that I might be interested in anymore.

I hope you get them too.
Two rules I follow:
- don't post links to the Craigslist ad, if you are interested in an item, but you just want an opinion
- remove the location from your profile, because this is a hint to your Craigslist area

Sold! But not to me...and that's ok. I have a feeling they were sold before I started bugging him four days ago and he was lazy about taking the add down.
That would have been hard to hide from my wife anyway. I'm out of room since I have a thing for MIJ guitars too...
Too bad, but there will always be another opportunity for something else. Now we'll wait and see if someone on VDF fesses up. ;)
MIJ guitars are a whole different ballgame when it comes to quality. During the 80's/90's, the build quality was surpassing the US made axes. Think Yamaha SG line and MIJ Fender Strat's/Tele's. Fender actually stopped production in Japan, because they were almost, if not, better than the American equivalents. I had a 1994-ish MIJ Fotoflame 60's Reissue Strat with C profile neck that felt and played awesome. It was $800 less than an American Strat.
