Ok Dan!... Lol.... I thought you were going to use the badge for your bass drum? Well it looks great anyway! Hey post some shots of the whole set for everyone. But 1st you'll need to pass out drool buckets...Lol... Hey thanks again for the coffee, Nina and I love it!

The pictured Camcos are Jeff's Oaklawns, he gave DW the 8x12 and asked them to replicate it in a 10x10 size. Pictured below is another of his Camco sets.

The PIC was taken at The Village Vanguard, maybe he "borrowed" the kit from Maxwell's for the gig?

Roger! Almost finished! Bass drum is done, working on floor now..as you probably remember this set was damaged in a house fire! (Smoke) This guy might possibly be one of the very best is restoring old Camco's They look like NEW! Amazing.. Anyway, Caught a "lighting bolt in a bottle" someone posted a VG set of 13" Cob Camco rims on Ebay.. I was the third person to click on it.. Just about had a heart attack! so now, Thanks to you, My Camco kit has all the correct cob rims! (except the 10" tom.. which by the way everyone was made by Steve Schmidt. 951-999-5386 Riverside CA. (the shell. adorned by period correct hardware) its perfect! the bearing edges are exactly like the "Oaklawn" toms.. And yep.. Sounds wonderful.) Cheers.

Did Steve do all the restoration work? If so I've been looking for him for quite a long time. I haven't yet found anyone I would trust with my Camco's on the west coast. Precision drum co. Yes, and Jack but they are both back east.
