i've got a picture here that i'm trying to identify --- i'm only familiar with ludwig so not sure what these are but i'm interested in checking them out,

can anyone give me a hand in identifying which company, and what series of drums these are? are they MIJ?

looks like an 8-lug 5" x 14" wooden snare, maybe with a 9" x 13" rack tom, a 16" x 16" floor tom and maybe a 20" x 14" bass drum? thoughts??

Thanks very much and merry Christmas!

Looks like vertical luan grain, so MIJ. Probably one of the many stencil kits made by Pearl but Im not sure about that.

Merry Christmas back at ya!

Thank you!

MIJ, and re-painted it appears. If someone ''gave it to me, I could make something out of it, though there is virtually no vintage value and would cost much more to restore than you'd ever get back. I personally like the 3 ply shells with re-rings though - could make a fun project/player.

I agree with the comments above...MIJ...virtually no vintage value...if you want a project and a beater/player set...then fix 'em up and go!

There`s two toms inside the floor tom,..you can see it if you look close. The floor tom has no rings,.and the BD has a ring in the center too !!

Try to remove a little of that nice blue paint... some of those MIJ stencil kits had really cool wraps..

You can make something out of those!:)

A nice warm fire on a cold winter's eve... baby crawl2

Don't pay more than $40 for the lot. I would Pass-adena on that one. It'll cost way too much to complete them. You can buy a mint set of MIJ's for the same money you'll spend refurbishing those shells.

Too many great drums to list here!

Well yeah... but what fun is that? I guess you can hire someone to play gigs for you to.

I wouldn't pay anything like $40 for them... maybe yard sale money like $10 or $15.
