Anybody happen to know what product might be best for removing the adhesive residue that you can see under the WFL badge on the pics of the Compacto snare? Unless I'm mistaken there was a "Detroit Drum Shop" sticker in that area at one time.

I've actually had great luck with Goof Off...I bought both this and Goo Gone and tried them side by side...Goof off seemed to work better..YMMV

Goof Off is a little stronger than Goo Gone, correct?

I believe it is....it also seemed keep the surface that I was working on lubricated longer....I have used in on drums here and there...always small stuff...But I just finished stripping decal residue off of a 6x8 enclosed trailer. I used both side by side and the goof off worked better
