Finally got an answer from seller . There are holes on the bottom of the drum and from his description I'm sure they are the smaller ones for the opposite side of the Pratt system so someone removed it along the way . Pristine kit that I'm seriously thinking of buying : 18/14/12 SSB badge circa 1970 in champagne sparkle .
