I did some cleaning today and it's looking great! The snare, rack tom and floor tom are done and look almost brand new again...

My friend, you have found a set from heaven. It would be hard for anyone to argue that those drums from that era with clear interiors are IT.Beautiful round mellow tone. And a matching wood snare with the classic throw-off.I'm getting all fuzzy feeling.....and if that wasn't enough-BDP.You did something right somewhere!

Very nice! And a Barret Deems Super Classic snare to boot! That alone is worth a 1000 maybe, just because the color and condition. Maybe a grand....at least 500.

I did take some pic's along the way today but I wish that I had taken more and with my camera, nit my phone... The wrap is absolutely outstanding once I took some high end car wax to them.

Yeah I have to agree with you that's a trashed hoop. I have a 22" hoop with Black Diamoind pearl wrap on it off a 1961 ludwig kit, if your interested! $50.00 + ship cost what makes it a Barrett Deems is that it's a WFL If It were a ludwig it would be a Jazz festival!

Your drummers not much good is he!? What you need is someone that's as good as me. ! John Henry Bonham !!

8 lugs, throw off, and the fact as stated by VM2K, a WFL.

All completely disassembled, cleaned/polished, and put back together and ready to be put back in service. I’m gonna gig the schitt outa this kit! The sound that this old stuff produces is simply off-da-hook!

I realize that some of you vintage drum purists may turn your nose up at all of the new updated hardware (etc.), but I wanted this kit to be able to perform every bit as well as my new kit does.

I'll take better quality pic's when the weathers nicer and I can get it out in the sun.
