Brass hoops make total sense on that drum.

As it sits I would ask $250. If it had the red felt and correct strainer, $300. If it wasn't so badly pitted and had the red felt and strainer I would ask $450 as it's an early one. For me condition is everything on a Supra-Phonic. I'd certainly pay extra for a nice, clean one.
