Doug, the bass drum is more than likely a 20"bass drum.

I've added some photos to the photobucket page. The set has a 9x13 tom with a niles badge and a 16x21 base with a chicago badge. Then there are two unbadged drums that look very similar to the slingerland drums. thanks,Doug
Just a point of information,drums are measured from bearing edge to bearing edge,not from rim to rim(or hoop to hoop).So that snare is either 14 or 13" in diameter,and the bass(not base) drum is likely 14x20,not 16 x21.
