HELP: what can you tell me about this Slingerland snare? Last viewed: 3 hours ago

The "P" means that the shell is assigned to be wrapped (any wrap...classic pearl, sparkle pearl etc.) The "M" means that the shell will be stained, painted, laquered etc.

I finally bought it! It's arrived today. It has a old ambassador head that I have to change. I played with it a bit and it sounds good! I have to clean it and to change the head and maybe also the snare which seems a bit old!

They didnt stamp the drums with 'S' when it was going to be a sparkle wrap as far as i know. 'P' was the designation for any drum that wasnt going to be a painted or laquered finish. guitar3
