There's easily twice the price in parts alone....
No brainer, I'd snag 'em

they are not Clubdate lugs though.
Guys... somebody bought some bare Luddy shells and slapped-on, or bought, whatever lugs and mounts were needed, or that he had laying around, in order to complete the drums. They're a mish-mash of parts, but the shells appear to be Ludwig. The interiors have been repainted. I'm with Kevin, it's a no-brainer, buy em. I'd put back the correct Ludwig bowtie lugs and mounts and go from there.
John
it sounded really good besides the horrible way it was tuned.. The kicks lugs are annoying though because you adjust one head and at the same time the other is adjusted.. you can't do the batter loose and the reso tight..also the tom tom sounded killer. the edges all looked good at a quick glance.. wish i didn't have so many kits and such little space..
I get 'cha...one very long rod...passes thru the center lug and screws into the reso claw which tightens both heads simultaneously...single tension for both reso and batter for the bass drum...forgot what that's called. Obvious from the pic but didn't notice it before.

So from the pics you think it's a ludwig shel? They looked clean. All the bearing edges look really nice n clean.
I'd love to make it a black oyster pearl kit.

Yes! Is this on club dates or just a MIJ hardware swap?
