once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

SERIOUSLY good drummer! Wow! That cat can play!!!!! Terrific group of musicians. The guitar player that soloed towards the end of the tune is amazing as well.

Thanks for sharing.

That just blew my mind! Especially the Guitar solo (what was that Snare effect on the floor Tom) and the drum solo at the end in perfect sequence with the Keys riff in whatever time! WOW. If I could play fusion like that I would be happy.

Guitar solo has a lot of David Gilmore sound.

Ha! You heard it too! That's why I included a compliment for the guitar player in my comment. Gilmore must be one of his big influences, I heard the similarity of style too. Some of the guys in that band are truly great players.

You guys seem mesmorized by this video, I see a bunch of well schooled musicians

playing music without an ounce of passion, just a bunch of notes played in odd time signatures I never liked or understood fusion.

> I never liked or understood fusion

And that's ok! You can substitute just about any style of music instead of fusion and that's just how some guys feel about it. Jazz, or Fusion, or any other number of styles, are not everybody's cup of tea. You don't need to explain yourself, you don't like it and that's that. I hate just about anything 'Techno,' or that was made with electronic drums, no matter what style music it is. Just how we feel as individuals. No harm, no foul.
