Thanks for posting those photos! That is a beautiful drum in nice original condition. I would guess probobly a 1939. Those lugs are called imperial lugs. Conn owned Ludwig and Ludwig had an imperial lug too and when WFL bought the Ludwig name back in the 50's they used the Ludwig and Ludwig imperial lug on the supra 400(later supraphonic)
