Guys this is really exciting. I honestly almost like these more than the USA customs because they stay very true to the formula. Only bummer is the hole in the badge.

The Gretsch website said the Broadcasters were a 2014 thing only if I read it right. Anyone know if they plan to sell these beyond that timeframe? I sure hope so.

Wow, those sound files really knock me out. The drums are like a particularly Gretschy Gretsch. If I was shopping for new drums, there'd be no question.

No comparison (to my ears anyway). Those Gretsch's kick the DW's all over the stage.

I have never been a fan of DW anyway, just because of that. DW's are made to sound different, newer I guess.

I'm really impressed!
