That's a beautiful drum kit 22,13,16,16" & 5x14? Great playing! I liked the sound of it on New York New York and That's Life.

Slingalud!

You just missed by 2" ! The drums are 1965 Rogers Buddy Rich Celebrity's, and the bass drum is a 14X24. A relatively rare size for this era Rogers! The rest of the sizes you nailed, including in this case a 5X14 WMP Dynasonic. A slight departure there as the Dynasonic is a 1967.

THANK YOU for the kind words on the playing/sound of the drums! This is a GREAT gig, and I have been playing with this group for 5 years now. In the course of an hour and a half show, we get to "open up" here and there with plenty of room for each player to "take their spot", so to speak. The "clips" have been edited down as sound bites and to use as a booking tool, but the feel/flavor of the band still comes across. GLAD you enjoyed!

mchair303/Mike!

Chris got in touch and here's what he said about the flute:

It's a YAMAHA open hole flute with a low B foot joint, silver head. Model 574. He also wanted to THANK YOU guys/wives for coming out, and for all the nice words! Maybe we might see you again this summer.. and .. the beauty of just about ALL those shows/venues is, most are FREE concerts!

Hey Glenn!

You know, I try not to "blow my own horn"... or is it "bang my own drum" , about concerts/shows, upcoming or otherwise.. but .. I will certainly let you know where we are going to be once the summer schedule is finalized. The fact that you are right in CT will make it a lot easier of course, and it would be GREAT to have you come out. THANKS for the very nice words on the clip too Glenn! It would be nice to meet!
