Vintage Metal Stick trays like this. The one pictured is Rogers and made of fiber (same material as the old fiber cases). I have several of these, but they are all made of metal and are all light blue in color. Are mine MIJ knockoffs of the Rogers pictured? I like the metal ones better. More durable, and you can get a nice percussive effect out of one by playing it like a cowbell. These are very hard to find.

A heater for the snare drum. I have holes in my Gretsch shell, I was told it was for a heater. The drum is in perfect shape…except for the holes that were for a heater. As a vintage drum guy, I have this urge to fill those holes with the correct "thingy", and that thingy is a snare drum heater. I could just jam some chewed gum into those holes. Would that be the correct repair?

Hi Rik!

If I had one to take a picture of, we'd be all set! But I imagine it might be similar to the one on this drum, but this one might be different.

I'm still looking for a NICE 20" 8-hole sticksaver hoop for my 1962 Slingerland

hoop, to make it complete. All I've seen so far have not been very good.
