Royal Ace fans

I need one part to complete my Small Badge Royal Ace snare. I'm missing the pin/rod that the double snare wires clip onto. I have the one for the throw off side but not the other. I've attached a couple pictures. I'm sooooo close to gettin her done.

2 ends just sold on Feebay recently....$10 total!

I need a spare bass drum lug for my RIMS Headset. The lugs for the toms can still be purchased, but not for the bass drum. Right now I'm using a c-clamp. Short of buying an entire spare kit, I can't think of another solution, because spare bass drum lugs are sure to be rare.
