Rogers 6 1/2: Powertone Snare Last viewed: 2 minutes ago
That is a very nice looking set. Lovely, in fact. The lugs do look uneven on the snare. Could that be an overly stretched snare side head? Pretty rare drum.

very classy kit!
congrats!
Beautiful and rare drums. The 12/20 are b&b early Tower drums, the 14" floor tom is a beavertail Holiday and probably was added a little later. A lot of Tower kits were delivered as 'Comet' outfits, bass/tom/snare. If the kit had included a 14" Tower floor tom, it was called a 'Delta' outfit. The shells are the new-for-1963 Keller shells, used from that point on. So, the bass and tom are transition drums: these are sweet because of the lighter b&b lugs mixed with the newer 3-ply shells.
The snare is totally unique, I've never seen one like that before, but the catalog certainly listed that size.
Very special and valuable drums, and you basically got them for next to nothing - a hard to duplicate score...
Has anone ever seen a 14"x16" (deep) floor tom?
yes.
They fit into the ... HOLY GRAIL ... category.
Like finding real hens teeth.
