Rogers Cleveland Era Holiday Shell Kit 1964 WMP 12 14 20 With Hardware Last viewed: 1 hour ago

Loading...

I just started at Sam Ash last week. When I came in on my first day of training this kit was set up in the back. This set was owned by one gentleman until it was brought in to SA. The heads, with the exception of the resonant rack tom head, are Rogers factory heads. Overall the hardware would benefit from a thorough cleaning, but the shells look immaculate and are in excellent condition. The shells are 5ply mpmpm. The tag on the Tom reads Holiday Model, Cleveland Ohio, and is stamped with the number 46982. This leads me to believe the kit is from 1964.

The shells are as follows

•Rack Tom 8x12

•Bass Drum 14x20

•Floor Tom 14x14!

The shells also include almost all of the hardware. Half of the bass drum mounted cymbal arm is missing. The top half of the cymbal arm is included. The hardware included is as follows and is rogers unless noted:

•Swiv-o-matic foot pedal

•Swiv-o-matic Tom holder

•internal spurs

•knobby floor Tom legs

•two floor cymbal stands

•throne

•Gretsch hi hat pedal (appears to be late fifties/early sixties)

•hardware trap case

•Snare stand

Everything I just mentioned is going for $1299.

We also have a metal dynasonic snare drum 5x14 serial number 6401, zildjian A ride, and zildjian A hats that came with the set but are selling separately. The snare is 425 and the cymbals are 250 each

I will post more photos in the next few hours.

If interested or if you have any questions pm me or shoot me an email.

Sorry I've been at it all day.

Kit actually went out the door this afternoon!

We do still have the Metal Dynasonic snare number 6401 size 5x14. She's going for 425 US

425 for the seven line Dyna-Sonic..... is a super deal, providing it is complete. Snare frame should be the single screw each end with four string holes version.

Congrats Skydawg! And the deal included the swan-leg cymbal stands and snare stand, plus a Swivo pedal?!!! Great score. Please post more pics when you get the set cleaned up and married to your WMP Dyna.

I swapped the Gretsch hi hat for a very nice Rogers L arm that was on another kit they had on the floor.
