From Fayray

the muffler in the tom is a Radio King by the looks. Is the part that clamps the bass pedal to the bass drum hoop present?

Yes and by the look of the shell and fat rerings that drum looks to be a old Slingerland Radio king shell. Great sounding drums. It's been painted on the inside but still a nice drum.

The pedal clamp part(s) are missing. The leaving the mount on the drum design is a great way to lose the mount. I read a glowing review about the pedal, especially that it's very adjustable, which my Speed Kings are not. It does seem smooth. I want to try it. Any workarounds for a clamp? If not, I may try to come up with a good workaround design.

I would love it if the 13 tom is a Slingerland Radio King! Here's another picture of the interior.

How about that 15x12 that looks to have been a floor tom? Does 15 narrow it down?

The bass drum has leg mounts on it- I put the floor tom legs on it => 20" floor tom.

How do I tell if the hoops are Rogers tall boy or not?

Thanks for the help in identifying pieces, everybody.

And BTW tallboy hoops are aprox 1.250" tall. Maybe a smidge better.

These hoops are 1-1/8". I think they're MIJ.

Yes, the hoops are MIJ, and the Beavertail lugs on the 15" have C-clips on the inserts, so they are from the Rogers Big R era (1976-1984). Like Ploughman said, a collection a various brands and parts going on there, but the Swivo pedal alone was worth the price of admission, so you did okay. The hoop clamps for the Swivo pedals pop up often online, but can sell for $20-40, and I don't know of any way to mount the pedal without the clamp.
