Rogers XP8 - JCCabinet style! Last viewed: 31 minutes ago

Have not taken the full set out for a ride in public, but did set them up for some pictures today. Did take the snare to a sub gig and WOW did it cover all bases.

Seeing as how JC didn't know he was going to pass these along to a Lefty player, I was forced to add some badges so they show up in style. Also changed out the clear Rogers front head for a Fibreskyn head and added logo to give everything a classy look. I was never a fan of the floor tom legs and mounts on Memrilocs, so I swapped them for some hex legs. The whole setup is custom wrapped, so might as well add my own taste. They will not be going anywhere else anytime soon!

Thanks to Jeff for a great job. They only look like standard wrap until you pay attention to the detail Jeff put into his work. MAN I LOVE THE SHELLS.

PS - did not set up the concert toms Jeff did as well, but they will see public use - don't think they won't!

So thats what they look like on the other side of the computer, hah ha

Enjoy the drums, glad the snare performed to your standards, Im sure the rest of the kit will do great once you get them out. Thanks for your kind words and most of all thank you for your patience with me and my packing complaints. I would love a pic from a gig once you get them going!

Thank you!

Nice.

If Rogers had used the same swivo mounting pattern for the tom holders and BD legs I wonder how much memriloc hardware would still be in use?

Well thats a nice finish. What on earth is going on with the HH stand? Do you have a cymbal mounted on the HH rod? Won't that be flopping up and down when you play? And making the action of the pedal feel heavy?
